CONSTITUTION

 

Members

 

Any Civil Engineer graduate, post graduate and Ph. D degree holder offered by Civil Engineering Department & Applied Mechanical Department of Faculty OF Technology and Engineering, M.S University of Baroda, Vadodara and present or former head of Civil Engineering & Applied Mechanics Department, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara shall be eligible to become a member of MSU Civil Engineering Alumni Association (which in brief will be referred as MSUCEAA).

 

Classification of Members

 

At present membership will be classified as Life member, Patron, Donor patron, Donor, Foreign member. The membership fees shall be determined by the general body meeting from time to time.

 

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

  •  One President

  •  One Executive Vice-President

  • Three Presidents

  • One Executive Secretary

  •  Two Secretaries

  • One Treasurer

  • Two joint treasurer

  • 25 executive committee members

 will be constituting Executive committee. 

 

 

 

Office bearers

Office bearers in general will be referred as President, Executive Vice-President, Vice Presidents, Executive Secretary, Secretaries, and Treasurer & Joint Treasurers.

 

EX-OFFICIO MEMBERS

 

Immediate Past President, Immediate Past Executive Secretary, Immediate Past Treasure and immediate past Executive Vice-President & Patrons shall be Ex-officio members in the Executive Committee.

 

CO-OPTED MEMBERS

In addition to above ex-officio members the Executive Secretary with the permission of president can co-opt up to five additional members if deemed necessary.

 

INVITEE MEMBERS

 

In addition to above, the Executive Secretary with the permission of president can invite additional members as invitee members in the Executive Committee meeting.
