Establishment:

THE UNIVERSITY HAS ESTABLISHED IQAC IN THE YEAR 2007.

OBJECTIVES OF IQAC :

  • To act as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-enhancement activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices
  • To develop and apply standards andbenchmarks for various academic and administrative activities of the institution
  • To ensure redressal ofthe interest of all stakeholders in higher education

FUNCTIONS OF IQAC :

  • To disseminate information on various quality parameters of higher education
  • To document various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement
  • To adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process
  • To facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty matureness
  • To arrange for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes
  • To organize inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promote quality enhancement on walks of life
  • To develop and maintain institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality
  • To document Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submittedto NAAC
