The Senate of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda approved the establishment of Faculty of Pharmacy, at its meeting held on 11th Sept. 2015 (vide Notification No. ADM/Senate/ 394 dated 3rd Dec. 2015). Prior to this, Pharmacy was a Department under Faculty of Technology and Engineering. Faculty of Pharmacy is a constituent Faculty of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda which is accredited with Grade 'A' by NAAC".

To provide a platform for excellence in Academics and Research in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
MISSION
- To equip the graduates in Pharmaceutical Sciences with advanced professional knowledge by amalgamating the knowledge of physical, chemical, biological and clinical sciences with advancements in technology
- To provide quality education to the students in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences
- To provide an environment for performing advanced path breaking research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences
- To produce graduates who are recognized for their personal initiatives and professional excellence in the field of pharmaceutical Sciences
