Dr. Chudasama has pursued his master’s in Economics (Econometrics) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and holds Ph.D. in Economics (Infrastructure Development). He has been awarded “National Maritime Award 2006-07” by Ministry of Shipping, Government of India for the best research work on “Economic Impact of Port Development in Gujarat”. Dr.Chudasama holds the credit to bring the first award of its kind to Gujarat State for the research in maritime sector, which was well acknowledged by Government of Gujarat. Dr. Chudasama possess more than 18 years of Teaching, Research and Administrative Experience. He has published/presented 67 research papers/articles in various journals/ books /seminar/ conferences of national and international repute and authored 3 books. He has also been a Chief-Editor of an Internationally Indexed Journal. Dr.Chudasama has undertaken 8 Research Projects sponsored and funded by Government of India and Government of Gujarat and contributed to the preparation of the policy documents for the Government. He has been MPhil. /Ph.D. Guide and have developed Innovative Pedagogy, Designed New Curricula and Courses, Developed E-Content Modules for the Courses. Dr.Chudasama has convened National Conferences and Seminars and has been invited and delivered Lectures at National and International Conferences / Seminars. He has been the member of various core committees on Convocation, Collaborations and New Initiatives. He has also been nominated as expert on various committees of other Universities/Institutes and Government of Gujarat.

Dr.Chudasama has worked in the capacity of Principal, Dean and Member of Academic Council & Board of Governors. He has been the Chairman of Board of Studies and Program Committee. He has been the Coordinator of Admissions, Youth Festival, Education Trip & Study Visits, NSS Camps & Activities. He has worked as Chairman of Language Proficiency Testing System, Students & Teachers Alliance for Research, Students Placement & Career Counselling and Anti-Raging Committee & Squad.

Dr. Chudasama has been the Deputy Director-Institute of Leadership & Governance-The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has worked as Presiding Officer, Polling and Counting Officer at Students Union Election. He has been the Teacher Supervisor and Gem Coordinator at Faculty of Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. His inclination towards academic administration has enabled him to acquire skills pertaining to Teaching & Evaluation, Research & Publication, Planning and Implementing and Administration & Liaison.
